Carol lost 31.8kg (5st)

When Carol was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes she was told that she could continue to eat high carb foods such as jacket potatoes. Knowing that these types of foods caused her blood sugars to rise, she instead decided to follow the Low Carb Program. Carol has since gained control over her blood sugars and has reduced her HbA1c to 39 mmol/mol (5.7%). She’s also lost almost 31.8kg (5st)!
