Low carb guide to alcohol

Going low carb doesn’t mean you have to completely abstain from alcohol, but you do need to be aware of what and how much you’re drinking. It’s important to remember that some types of alcoholic beverages are higher in carbs than others. As an example, the factsheet below lists the carb content in different types of wine.
