What is the Low Carb Program?
The Low Carb Program is a multi-award-winning behaviour change app for adults with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and obesity. It provides the education, resources and support you need to achieve your health goals.
The platform has personalised education and support streams that are QISMET approved for delivery as self-management education within the NHS for adults with type 2 diabetes, type 2 diabetes prevention, obesity and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). It is not intended for adults with type 1 diabetes.
Over 12 weeks and beyond, the program will show you how eating a healthy, real-food diet can significantly improve your health.
Our private community has 433,485 members, as well as specially selected mentors that are always on hand to share tips, discuss recipes, and keep each other motivated along the journey.

A lower-carbohydrate lifestyle has been demonstrated to improve blood glucose control, blood pressure, lipid profiles, facilitate sustainable weight loss and achieve type 2 diabetes remission.
Peer-reviewed, published outcomes published in 2018 demonstrate that people with type 2 diabetes who complete the Low Carb Program lose an average of 7% of their body weight and reduce HbA1c by 13mmol/mol at 1-year.
