Daily support sessions on the Low Carb Program

If you are new to the Low Carb Program and looking for some help with getting started on a low carb diet or learning how to use the program, you can join our daily drop-in sessions.

What to expect

These sessions are hosted daily during the week by the Low Carb Program’s Behaviour Change Mentors. The mentors are trained in offering support and guidance to members and will be available to show you around the program and answer any questions you might have.

How to access the daily drop-in sessions

  1. Sign up to the Low Carb Program
  2. Head to the Lifestyle area of the program which you can find on the main menu
  3. Head to the ‘Meet up’ category and access the daily drop in session article
  4. Join at 11am Monday-Friday via Zoom
